Linda L. Martinez-Lyon, 55, of Three Forks passed away Aug. 12 at St. Vincent's Hospital at Billings.

Linda was born Dec. 9, 1956 at Livingston, Mont. to Merlin and Lola (Scott) Olsen. She was raised and attended high school in Livingston. She later managed the Rockin R Bar in Bozeman. Upon moving to North Dakota she operated a daycare and a cleaning business. Linda has lived in Three Forks for the past 14 years.
She was a generous volunteer of the Three Forks community giving much of her time to help at the food pantry. She never wanted anyone to be hungry. She was truly a loving individual and was the best mom to her six children.
Linda has a passion for skiing.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband, Dion Lyon; her children, Amy Diteman, Robin Arthur, Cassie (Todd) Montgomery, Shea (Kerry) Hughes, Cody Lyon, Katelin Lyon; her grandchildren, Alexa, Alex, Harley, Chason, McKenzie, Chaylee, Anton, Jaxon; her brother and sisters, Robert and Saundra, Penny Gaffney, and Myrtle and James Criger, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Three Forks Food Pantry.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, Aug. 18, at 1 p.m. from the Church of Christ in Three Forks with Rev. David Ford officiating.
