was born on August 6th, 1935 & passed away August 13th, 2016 at the age of 81. Originally from Hagerstown, MD, Allan resided in Florida since 1957. Allan erected radio towers & antennas from 1957 to the 1990's. He was also an engineer for over 30 years with 1490AM. Allan was a family man, enjoyed politics, church, cooking outdoors, and involved with the Lighthouse of the Blind. Allan's favorite past-time was telling jokes. Allan is survived by his wife of more than 60 years, Bethany; son Anthony; predeceased by sons Mark and Chris; daughter-in-laws Patty, Marty and Diane; 8 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on August 20th at 6pm, located at the Island Dream Inn 2502 Gulf Dr N, Bradenton Beach
