Deacon Benjamin Grant Jr. 80 (Retired Navy Veteran) of Hope Mills, N.C. and formerly of Bradenton, Florida, departed this life on October 9, 2016 in Fayetteville, N.C.. He was a proud graduate of Lincoln Memorial High School, C/O 1956. Viewing is Friday 10-21-2016, 5:00-8:00 pm and service Saturday 10-22-2016, both at St. Paul M.B. Church, 525 Dr. Martin Luther King Avenue East, Bradenton, Fla. He is survived by son(s): Brian Grant, James, Lonnie, Vernon and Eddie Copeland; Daughters: Lydia Copeland-McNeal, Anita Copeland-Lewis; Brothers: Orien, Alfred and Lester Marks and Johnny Dixon.; Sisters: Gloria Butler, Wanda Marks and Brenda Marks Green. 11 grandchildren, 4 grandchildren and a host of sorrowing family and friends.
