Greg Meissner of Bradenton, Florida, passed away on October 7, 2012. Greg was born in Mineola, New York, on October 21, 1952. After graduating from Manatee High, Greg attended FSU and Loyola law school. Greg practiced law in Bradenton, for 35 years, and was an active member of the Bradenton community. He was a member of the Florida Bar Association, Bradenton Kiwanis club, local BNI group and a strong supporter of youth baseball and the Tampa Bay Rays. He is survived by his wife Deborah, son Alex,mother Alice, brother Chris, and sister Melissa Gouinlock of Atlanta and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Charles Joseph and half brother Chuck.The family will hold a private celebration of life ceremony. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Meissner Memorial Education Fund at Hancock Bank. The Meissner family wishes to thank their dear friends and the Bradenton community for their love and support during this time.
