passed away at Tidewell Hospice House in Bradenton on March 20, 2016 at the age of 84. Harry is predeceased by his daughter Karen (Jim) Shramek of Mattawan, MI, his son Joseph Kennedy (S.O. Kim Bockover) of University Park, Fl, Brothers William (Phyllis) Kennedy of Montgomery, PA, Robert (Joan) Kennedy of Petaluma, CA, Sisters Betty Merrell of Sun City Center, Fl, Viola (James) Kasner of Washington, Utah, Patricia Rowles of Williampsport, PA and 5 grandchildren,1 great grandson and many nieces and nephews. Harry is survived by his loving wife Donna of 60 years. They were married in South Williamsport, PA in 1955. Harry was born in Williamsport, PA in 1931 and graduated from South Williamsport High School in 1951. He went on to earn a certification in drafting where he then worked and retired from Tropicana in Bradenton, Fl. Harry served as a medic in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was an avid golfer. A service of remembrance will be held at the Sarasota National Cemetery at a later date. Condolences for the family may be offered online at Manasotamemorial.com
