76, of Bradenton passed away Saturday, August 13, 2016. Born in Elizabeth New Jersey, he came Florida in 1961 and had been a local resident of the Sarasota/Bradenton area for fourteen years after moving here from Tampa. A proud veteran of the U.S. Navy and member of the Sea-Bees, Mr. Lashley was a community Developer in real estate development. He graduated from the University of Tampa. He attended First United Methodist Church of Bradenton and he could rebuild or repair almost anything. Survivors include his sons, Dane; Reid; step-son, Justin Junod, brother, Bruce; a sister, June Robbins, a grandson; step grandson; step granddaughter and his companion, Jane Stanley. He was preceded in death by his two brothers, Grant and Kenneth. A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 2, 2016 at 11:00 am. At First United Methodist Church, Bradenton. Interment will be at Sarasota National Cemetery. Arrangements by All Veterans-All Families Funerals & Cremations.
