77 passed away Sept. 29, 2016. "Royce", was born Sept. 2, 1939, in Riverview, Florida. He is survived by his brother, Terrell Watts (Pat); sister-in-law, Linda Watts; children, Michael (Suzy), Tracy, Brian, Serenity Ruscoe (Jacob), Don Parsels (AmyBeth); nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Royce graduated from Manatee High School in 1956. He worked as a route salesman for Merita Bread for 39 years. A celebration of life was held on Oct. 2, 2016. A graveside ceremony will be held at Joshua Creek Cemetery in Arcadia, Fl. at a later date. D. Alan Moore is in charge of arrangements.
