Michael John Roach, age 37, of Bradenton, Fla. 34205, passed away suddenly July 18, 2008.
He was born in Pitts-burgh, and moved to North East, Penn. in 1985. He graduated from Tunkhan-nock High School in 1988. Mike moved to Bradenton with his wife and children in 1995, where he was a cer-tified auto technician, first for Cox Chevrolet. And then for Sunset Chevrolet for the last eight years.
Mike and his son Michael, Jr. were avid ballplayers and dirt bike riders. They spent a great deal of time enjoy-ing these activities with friends, Gary Paquette and his son Ryan along with other longtime friends.
He leaves his wife of 13 years, Karen (Murphy), children, Keenan of Colo-rado Springs, Colo., Rachel, and Michael Jr. both at home. His parents, Jan and Chuck Roach, of Sebring, Fla., brother Eric and Shawna Roach of Canal Ful-ton, Ohio, Mother-in-law A. Ginger Murphy, several aunts, uncles, nieces, and many great friends.
Visitation will be on Thursday, July 24, 2008 from 5p.m. until 7p.m. with a service to follow at Hope Lutheran Church, 4635 26th Street West, Bradenton. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made for the children's education. The Roach fam-ily is being served by the Covell Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
