Ralph Randall Ragan, 77, passed away unexpectedly on Sept. 28, 2016. He was born Oct. 12, 1938 & raised in Bradenton. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Jacquelyn; daughters Marilyn Shaffer, Carolyn (Ken) Marshall & Sandy Sandhoff; 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and many nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Arthur Monroe & Lula Mae Crosby Ragan, 2 brothers, and 2 sisters. Anyone familiar with Ralph knew he loved his family, music, friends, and dancing. He graduated from Manatee High School in 1956 graduated from the University of South Florida in 1959 with a B.A. degree in music. There will be a Celebration of Life on Sunday, Oct. 2, 2016 at 1:00PM at the Bradenton Woman's Club, 1705 Manatee Ave. W. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Bradenton Woman's Club or .
