Richard C. Tozer, Bradenton, died at home Sunday, June 7, 2009. Richard came to Bradenton from St. Louis, Mo. in 1956, but if you asked him where he was from he liked to tell peo-ple he was born and raised in good ole Oneco, Florida. He was a Masonry Contractor, Cabinet Maker, and former owner of Rich & Ruth's Cafe in downtown Bradenton. A Jack of all trades, and master of many. Richard is predeceased by a son Richard Tozer Jr., and survived by his wife of 46 years Ruth, son Barry and wife Teresa of Venice, Florida; two daughters, Rhonda Berner, Gorham, New York, and Judy Salas, St. Louis, Mo., and five granddaughters, Kendell, Kristen, Alicia, Demi and Jessica. There will be a ''Celebration of Richards Life'', at his home for family and friends on Friday, June 12, 2009 from 6p.m.-8p.m.
