of Palmetto Florida departed this earth to begin life anew on May 23rd. Born July 1, 1930 in North Arlington, New Jersey to James Eugene and Edith Kingan Loebell, Bob was a graduate of North Arlington High School, and obtained his undergraduate degree from the College of Wooster and graduate degree from Ohio State University. He served in the United States Army, 101st Air-borne Division. Surviving him are his beloved wife of 60 years, Charlene Rose Starkey Loebell, son David Loebell, (Gina Loebell) of Butler Pennsylvania, son James Loebell, (Linda Loebell) of Lutz, Florida, grandson Matthew Loebell, (Trish Loebell) of Bradenton, Florida, granddaughter Lauren Loebell of Scranton, Pennsylvania, and sister-in-law Carolyn Starkey of Columbus, Ohio. A service celebrating his life will be held at River Wilderness Country Club, Parrish Florida on Sunday, June 26th at 1:30 PM. "In lieu of flowers please make donations to the ."
