a lifelong resident of Bradenton, died November 21, 2016. He was a member of First Christian Church of Bradenton and was retired from Manatee County Utilities. Predeceased by his parents, William H. II and Irene Helen Elmore. Survived by his wife of 20 Years Nancy Arthurs Elmore of Bradenton; son, William H. IV of Bradenton; daughters, Emily Sue Elmore of Bradenton and Melissa (James) Sarmiento of Hendersonville, NC; brother William Michael (Cherry) Elmore of Port Vincent, LA; sister, Donna (Arty) Franzello of Rock Hill, SC; grandchildren, Jamie and Michael. Visitation will be 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM with services to follow at 3:00 PM Sunday, November 27, 2016 at First Christian Church of Bradenton 1815 18th Ave W. Bradenton, FL 34205.
