I lost one the best friends I was fortunate to have when Frank passed away. He was an honest and sincere man. If he told you something, you could believe it. He was considerate of others and willing to help or assist anyone that needed help. I think of him and his family often. He also had a great sense of humor. Would have me in tears from laughing so hard frequently. When he thought I was doing something or saying something I shouldn't be, he would let me know. He was like a second father to me and I cherish the priviledge to have known and worked with him. God Bless him and his family.
