Aislin K. Perry, 3 months of age, passed away Thursday (April 11, 2013) at her residence in Oceanside, Calif., surrounded by her loving family.

Born Jan. 5, 2013, in Encinitas, Calif., she was a daughter of Chad Everett and Samantha Jo Keyes Perry.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by a sister, Aryana Perry at home; maternal grandmother, Judy Keyes of Lewis Run; paternal grandparents, Douglas Perry and Lisa Perry, both of Limestone, N.Y.; maternal great-grandparents, Joanne Lindy and George (Sandra) Lindy, all of Bradford; paternal great-grandfather, Raymond Weatherby of Belmont, N.Y.; an aunt, Jennifer Keyes-Edwards of Idaho Falls, Idaho; an uncle, Jack W. Keyes of Lewis Run; three cousins, Morgan, Madilyn and Daryan Cox, all of Idaho Falls, and several great aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Jack L. Keyes; and paternal great grandmothers, Becky Weatherby and Nalane Perry.
Private funeral services will be held for family at the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc., with the Rev. Fred Moore, pastor of the Custer City United Methodist Church, officiating.
