Angela E. "Angie" Jamison, 87, of 44 South Elm St., Jefferson, Ohio and formerly of Lang Maid Lane, Bradford, passed away Wednesday (Dec. 5, 2012) at the Ashtabula (Ohio) County Medical Center.

Born Feb. 6, 1925, in Bradford, she was a daughter of the late Rocco and Annunziata Macri Maltese. On May 24, 1952, in Bradford, she married Clyde C. Jamison, who died Feb. 25, 1990.
Mrs. Jamison was a 1943 graduate of St. Bernard High School. She had been employed at Miles Bradford before her marriage.
She was a member of St. Bernard Church. She had a life-long love of singing, participating in her church Resurrection Choir and Sunday Choirs and the Kiwanis Kapers. Her love of serving others was shown in her long-time commitment and award for volunteering at the Bradford Hospital and as a stay-at-home mom raising her three children.
Surviving are three children, a daughter, Christy Butters of Monahans, Texas; two sons, Kenneth (Claudia) Jamison of San Antonio, Texas, and John (Lori) Jamison of Ashtabula; five granddaughters, Jamie Butters, Jessica Butters, Jodi Bugansky, Alaina Jamison, and Maria Jamison; four grandsons, Kevin Bartlett, Andrew Jamison, Adam Jamison and Daniel Jamison; and two great-grandsons, Gunner Bugansky and Henry Bugansky.
Family will be receiving friends from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc., East Main Street, where a prayer service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Bernard Church with the Rev. Raymond Gramata, pastor, as celebrant. Burial will be in St. Bernard Cemetery.
