Annette J. Pire, 76, of 15 Rochester St., passed away Monday (June 24, 2013) at The Pavilion at BRMC.

Born May 5, 1937, in Bradford, she was a daughter of the late Howard and Dora A. Woodruff Nichols. On May 17, 1958, in Limestone, N.Y., she married Oren E. Pire, who survives.
She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene, where she also sang in the choir.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sons, David (Robin) Pire of Perry, N.Y., Daniel (Elona) Pire, of Olean, N.Y., and James Pire, of Bradford; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Howard (Pat) Nichols of Centerville and Milton (Gay) Nichols of Bradford; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two daughters, Debra and Janet Pire; and three brothers, Charles Nichols, Gale Nichols Sr. and Archie Nichols.
Friends are invited to call from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the First Church of the Nazarene, where a memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Mick McMahon, pastor, officiating.
