KANE - Howard "Bud" Ross, 84, formerly of 289 Burning Well Road, near Kane, died Tuesday morning (Feb. 24, 2015) at The Lutheran Home at Kane.

Born April 18, 1930 in Kane, he was the son of Howard and May Ward Ross.
A 1953 graduate of Penn State University, he served in the U.S. Army Quartermasters.
Mr. Ross was a customer service salesman for the Norton Company in Akron, Ohio.
Surviving are his half-brother, Thomas C. Ross of Kane and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may attend a memorial service at 11 a.m. on Saturday at the First United Methodist Church in Kane with the Rev. William LaVelle, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in McKean Memorial Park, Lafayette.
