Kim J. Johnson, 58, of West Main Street in Ludlow, died unexpectedly Wednesday (Dec. 5, 2012) in the Kane Community Hospital.

Born July 10, 1954, in Warren, he was the son of Emil L. and Mildred E. Larson Johnson.
Mr. Johnson worked at Kane Handle from 1974 to 2002. In November of 2002, he started at Kane Hardwood and worked there for many years.
He attended the Kane Revival Center and was an avid NASCAR fan.
He is survived by his father, Emil Johnson of Kane; a brother, Ronald E. Johnson of Bradford; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
A memorial service will be held privately at the Kane Revival Center with the Rev. Leonard Eastman, pastor, officiating.
