ALBANY, Ga. - Lloyd Cuber Miller, 87, of Albany, died Wednesday (Oct. 22, 2014) at his residence.

He leaves behind a son, William Miller of Bradford, Pa., who survives.
Memorial services were conducted Oct. 26, 2014 at Kinchafoonee Baptist Church with the Rev. Melvin Slappey officiating.
Mr. Miller was born in Lebanon, Pa., and had resided in Albany. for the past eight years. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Army.
He was an honorary member of Green Point Fire Department, Lebanon, and a volunteer firefighter with Free Port Volunteer Fire Department in Free Point, Fla.
He was retired from civil service and was a member of Kinchafoonee Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Viola Cline Miller of Albany; a son, William Miller of Bradford; a daughter, Linda Miller of Myerstown, Pa.; a sister, Alice Williams of Leesburg, Ga.; a stepson, Steven Cline of Santa Rosa, Fla.; two stepdaughters, Donna Lambert of Leesburg and Margaret Cunliffe of Washington State; seven stepgrandchildren and two stepgreat-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin Stewart Miller and Sallie Nora Rank Miller; a brother, John Miller; a sister, Gertrude Foy; and a stepson, Gregory Cline.
