SALAMANCA, N.Y. - Loretta Jimerson, 70, of Congress Street, Bradford, Pa., died Thursday (July 12, 2012) at St. Vincent Hospital, Erie, following a length illness.

Born on Aug. 23, 1941, in Salamanca, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Laura Jones Miller. She was married on May 11, 1995, to Mr. LaVerne Jimerson, who survives. Previously, she had been married to Thomas Williams, who preceded her in death in 1986.
Mrs. Jimerson was a homemaker. She enjoyed the outdoors and walking. She also enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by two daughters, Lisa Williams of Bradford and Melodey (David) Williams of Bath; a son, Joseph (Angela) Williams of Elmira; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Betty (Clair) Conklin of Salamanca and Mary Miller; three brothers, Larry (Laurie) Miller, George Miller and Charles Miller, all of Salamanca; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents and first husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Diane Williams; three sisters, Pearl Gynnip, Edith Miller and Barbara Cleveland; and a brother, Percy Miller.
There will be no visitation. Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the O'Rourke & O'Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River St., Salamanca. Burial will be in Crawford Cemetery, Salamanca.
