Lucille D. Henderson, 93, formerly of 141 East Main St. and 53 Parkview Ave., passed away Saturday (Nov. 23, 2013) surrounded by her loving family at the Bradford Ecumenical Home.

Born July 10, 1920, in Kushequa, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Antoinette Stelluto Perno. On Feb. 13, 1942, in Hagerstown, Md., she married Kenneth L. Henderson, who died Feb. 6, 1999.
She attended schools in Kushequa and Mount Jewett. She was an extremely kind and friendly person who dedicated her time to family and friends. Those who knew her best will forever remember the warmth of her endless smiles, kisses and laughter.
Surviving is a daughter, Delores "Dee" (Edward) Sayers of Bradford; two sisters, Rose Ascenzi of Elkland and Marian DeFabio of Warren; three grandchildren, Shawn (Tina) Sayers, Todd (Mary) Sayers and Scott Sayers; four great-grandchildren, Aaron, Brianne, Jackson and Jae Sayers; three stepgrandchildren; several stepgreat-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and one sister.
Family will receive friends from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc., 372 East Main St., where a prayer service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Bernard Church with the Rev. Raymond Gramata, pastor, as celebrant. Burial will be in Willow Dale Cemetery.
