ST. MARYS - Michael J. Yeager, 69, of 151 Larch Road, St. Marys, passed away Tuesday (July 10, 2018 at Pinecrest Manor after a lengthy illness.
He was born Jan. 11, 1949, in St. Marys, son of the late Elmer and Rita Andres Yeager. He was a lifelong resident of the area and was a graduate of St. Marys Area High School. Michael was an employee of the former E & G Auto Parts.
He is survived by a sister, Susan (Blake) Haberberger of Kersey; a brother, Ronald (Christine) Haberberger of Bradford; and his niece and nephews, Blake (Katie) Haberberger Jr., Craig (Roxie) Yeager and Amy (Todd) Downs.
Michael was a veteran of the United States Army and was stationed in Germany during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Camp Owners Association and loved spending time at camp, hunting and fishing. Michael especially enjoyed spending time with his great nephew, Will.
There will be no visitation.
Funeral services will be held at a later date and time to be announced.
