SMETHPORT - Nancy L. Johnson, 70, of Smethport, went to be with the Lord on Sunday (April 13, 2014).
She was born Feb. 20, 1944, in Kane, a daughter of the late Ralph and Isabel Hendrickson Dickinson. 
Nancy was a graduate of Smethport High School and was a housewife tending to the needs of her family at home.
She was a member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church and the ECW.
She is survived by two daughters, Tammy (Dale) Luff and Erica (Eric) Tanner, both of Smethport; one son, Paul (Barbara) Babcock of Kendallville, Ind.; nine grandchildren, Travis, Stephanie, Chad, Taylor, Ryan, Elizabeth, Christian, Lisa and Rob; one sister, Jean Hart of Bradford; two brothers, Ralph (Helen) Dickinson and James Dickinson, both of Smethport; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Dickinson; two sisters, Kay Boyle, and infant, Linda Rae Dickinson.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Hartle-Tarbox Funeral Homes Inc., 2 Bank St., Smethport. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in Rose Hill Cemetery, Smethport, with the Rev. Max Simms, pastor of the Hilltop Baptist Church, officiating. 
Memorials, if desired, may be made to St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Smethport.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hartle-Tarbox Funeral Homes Inc., Smethport.
