COUDERSPORT - Phyllis A. Glinkowski, 64, of Wellsboro, formerly of Coudersport, died Saturday (Dec. 7, 2013) in Cumming, Ga.

She was born Oct. 8, 1949, in Louisville, Ky., the daughter of M.C. and Frances F. Felhoelter Bolton. She was a graduate of Waggener High School, and later graduated from St. Joseph Infirmary School of Nursing, both in Louisville. Years later she received her nursing home administrator's license from Slippery Rock University. She worked for many years at Cole Memorial Hospital in Coudersport.
Phyllis is survived by her mother of Louisville; her daughters, Tammy Schubert of Cumming, Susan (Terry) Lehman of Wellsboro, Kimberly (Geoff) Belknap of Palo Alto, Calif., and Lori (fiancé Joe); six grandchildren, Sydney, Tyler, Peyton, Brooke, Larkin and Josh; siblings James (Leila) Bolton of Hampton, S.C., Stephen (Sally) Bolton of Louisville, Jon Bolton of Louisville, Elizabeth (Fred) Bolton Domingues of Artesia, N.M., and Barbara (Jim) Seeders of Louisville.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her father and her grandson, Evan Hunter Tobola.
Family and friends are invited to Phyllis's Life Celebration from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday and 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Friday at the Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, "A Life Celebration Home," at 139 Main St., Wellsboro. A Mass of Christian Burial will be said at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Peters Catholic Church, 38 Central Ave., Wellsboro, with the Rev. John Chmil officiating. Burial will be at Wellsboro Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Long Term Care Unit at Cole Memorial Hospital, 1001 E. Second St., Coudersport, PA 16915.
Funeral arrangements are being held by the Thomas E. Fickinger Funeral Home, "A Life Celebration Home," at 210 N. East St., Coudersport.
