Robert C. McCanna Jr., 43, of 8 Deer Run, Bradford, passed away peacefully Friday (Sept. 27, 2013) surrounded by his loving family at his residence.

Born June 20, 1970, in Olean, N.Y., he is the son of Helen J. Stuckey McCanna and the late Robert C. McCanna Sr., who died Jan. 22, 2013. He was a 1988 graduate of Bradford Area High School.
He had been employed at Werzalit and later at Quaker Boy Inc.
Mr. McCanna cherished his life-long friendships with the Caskey, McClintick and Dixon families.
He loved to hunt, fish, watch NASCAR and football, especially the Buffalo Bills. He greatly enjoyed spending time playing PC, Xbox 360 games with all his online gaming friends. SocomRage sends his final goodbye out to you all.
Surviving, in addition to his mother Helen, is his sister, Carolyn K. McCanna of Bradford; and two other sisters in Ohio, Mary (Ed) Wells and Patricia (Michael) Nicolia.
Family will be receiving friends on Friday at the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc., South Avenue, from 1 to 3 p.m., at which time funeral and committal services will be held with the Rev. Matt Blake, pastor of the Bradford Area Parish, officiating. Burial will be in McKean Memorial Park, Lafayette.
