Robert C. Renwick, 56, of 447 Seaward Ave., Bradford, passed away Monday (Oct. 8, 2012) at Bradford Regional Medical Center.

Born on June 14, 1956, in Olean, N.Y., he was a son of the late Milton and Dolores "Dee" Nelson Renwick. On Nov. 7, 2008, in Bradford, he married Sherry Coast Renwick, who survives him.
He was a 1974 graduate of Bradford High School. He enjoyed watching the Buffalo Bills, hunting and hiking and AMR Dirt track racing, where he was a flagman. Most of all he loved playing with his grandchildren.
Mr. Renwick enlisted in the U.S. Navy on Nov. 10, 1976, where he served in Desert Storm and received three Navy Commendation Medals, two Navy Achievement Medals, four Battle "E" Ribbons, Navy Unit Commendation, Meritorious Commendation and the two Southwest Asia Service Medals.
Upon discharge from the service, he was employed at Austin Security, Soundtrack Tech and later at Control Chief as a service technician.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a daughter, Melissa Renwick of Denver, Colo.; three sons, Matthew (Nikki) Renwick and Robert (Mandy) Schleicher, both of Bradford, and Roy Schleicher of Rew; five grandchildren, Hannah, Abbigail, Andrew, Alexis and Blaze; and a brother, Michael J. Renwick of Suffolk, Va.
Friends are invited to call from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc., South Avenue, where funeral and committal services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday with the Rev. Max Miller, pastor of the Bradford Area Parish, officiating. Military honors and committal services will follow in McKean Memorial Park, Lafayette.
