BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - William Morgan Lawrence, 50, originally of Bradford, Pa., died Monday (June 11, 2012) after a prolonged illness at his home in Binghamton.

Bill was hard working and enjoyed a good joke. He worked for many years as a master mechanic in Pennsylvania and Syracuse. He was a jack-of-all-trades. Bill was very proud of his daughters, nieces and nephews.
Bill is survived by his beloved Aunte Nelda and Uncle Gilber Hale of Philipsburg, Pa; his daughters, Laura and Morgan; siblings, Harry Lawrence, Roy Lawrence, Ann (William) Leslie, Margret (Brownie) Karpensky, Dawna (John) Michael, Nelda (Eric) Cobb; and by his many nieces and nephews.

Bill was preceeded in death by his parents, William and Esther Lawrence; and by his brother, Edward Lawrence.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Whitney Point United Methodist Church. A graveside service will be held in Kylertown, Pa., at a future date.
