JOHNSONBURG - William R. "Wilbur" or "Butch" Pratt Jr., 71, of 2558 Wilcox Road, Johnsonburg, died Saturday evening (Oct. 10, 2015) at UPMC Hamot in Erie following a one month illness.

He was born on May 26,1944, in Clearfield, a son of William R. and Nancy Carter Pratt. On April 7, 1973, in St. Marys Church, St. Marys, he married Debra Lechner, who survives.
Mr. Pratt was a veteran of the Vietnam Era, serving as a technician with the U.S. Army.
In addition to his wife at home, he is survived by a son, Jason Pratt of Johnsonburg; one granddaughter, Carmellia Pratt; a mother-in-law, Bonnie Lechner of Johnsonburg; a sister, Patricia (Cecil) Nelson of Johnsonburg; and a brother, Gerald (Yvonne) Pratt of Johnsonburg. He also leaves behind his two buddies, "Zoey" and "Dahoga."
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Anthony "Jim" Pratt.
Friends may call at the Anthony Ferragine Funeral Home Inc., 401 Chestnut St., Johnsonburg, on Wednesday from 6 p.m. until the time of a funeral service at 8 p.m. at the funeral home. The Rev. David J. Wilson, pastor of Holy Rosary Church, Johnsonburg, will officiate. Burial will be private.
