Brayden L. Moore, 2 month old, of 1089 Summit Road, Rew, passed away Saturday (May 31, 2014) at Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh.
Born March 18, 2014, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of Lynzi R. Hart and Tyler M. Carlson.
His short life impacted and changed many lives, especially his mother. A fighter from the beginning, he pulled his breathing tube out and began breathing on his own.  Every moment spent with him in the short two months of his life was cherished by his family. He is no longer in pain. It is not good-bye, it is just "see ya later."
In addition to his mother and father, he is survived by his maternal great-great-grandmother, Jean Moore of Bradford; great-grandmother, Ann (the late Ken) Moore of Bradford; grandmother, Alyson Black of Rew; several aunts and uncles, including, Jenna (Paul Hazelton) Moore, Kendl Black, Reesa Hart, Abby Carlson, Jessie Taylor, Sierra Taylor, and Brandi Mealy; great-aunts and uncles, Betsy and Chip Giordano, Stephen (Rhonda) Moore, and Ken (Brenda) Moore; and several cousins.
Family will be receiving friends from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc., 372 East Main St., where funeral and committal services will be held at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Raymond Gramata, pastor of St. Bernard Church, officiating. Burial will be in St. Bernard Cemetery.
Memorials, if desired, may be made to Pittsburgh Children's Hospital.
