BROKEN ARROW, Okla. - Ronald E. Heimbach, 68, of Broken Arrow, and formerly of Limestone, N.Y., passed away peacefully Monday (Nov. 26, 2012) in his home with his wife by his side.

Born June 17, 1944, in Bradford, Pa., he was the son of the late Loren and Ruth Rizer Heimbach. On Sept. 27, 1974, in Broken Arrow, he married Margie L. Thompson, who survives.
Mr. Heimbach was a 1962 graduate of Limestone High School. He moved to Broken Arrow in 1973, where he was employed 39 years with Industrial Vehicle International until his retirement on July 25, 2012.
Surviving in addition to his wife, Margie are two sons, Russell (Nancy) Heimbach and Randall (Shara) Heimbach, both of Broken Arrow; two stepsons, Keith Holmes of Chicago, Ill., and Preston Holmes of Broken Arrow; a stepdaughter, Sheila Speer of Haskell; 12 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a brother, Loren (Connie) Heimbach of Lewis Run, Pa.; three sisters, Elsie (Jim) Hunt of Limestone, Denise (Jerry) Strouse of Derrick City, Pa., and Jennifer (Mike) Gorrell of Gifford, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Leland Heimbach.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. today at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel in Broken Arrow. Burial will be in the Floral Haven Cemetery.
