COUDERSPORT - Gladys E. Hunsinger, 61, of Wharton, died Saturday (July 6, 2013) in her home.

Born April 26, 1952, in Erie, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Glenora Brooks Walker. On July 11, 1970, she married Robert W. Hunsinger Jr., who survives.
Mrs. Hunsinger earned two associate degrees from Williamsport Area Community College, and she worked as a quality engineer at Morgan AM&T.
She was an avid geocacher (call name "ImaLost"), and she enjoyed extensive travel throughout the United States.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Rob (Ann Marie) Hunsinger of Mill Hall; a brother, Clarence Walker (Jackie) of Wharton; a sister, Judy (Ralph) Bush of Keating Summit; a granddaughter, Aimee Nikole Hunsinger of Mill Hall; and three Godchildren, Skyler, Logan and Alexis Marshall of Coudersport.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends and family are invited to Gladys' life celebration from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Thomas E. Fickinger Funeral Home, 210 North East St., Coudersport, with a funeral service to follow in the funeral home at 7 p.m. with Penny Glover officiating. Burial will be in Gilmore Cemetery.
