Eloise Kay Vittum Obituary
Eloise Kay Vittum (Powers), 67, died on January 11, 2018 in Winchester, NH.

Eloise was a student of the first class to graduate from North Country Union High School where she earned her diploma and then went on to graduate from nursing school and earned an LPN. She married Verne Alan Vittum on June 25, 1977 and moved to Hinsdale, NH where the two rebuilt the Vittum homestead and raised a strong family. Eloise & Verne were founding members of Agape Christian Fellowship church currently located in Brattleboro, VT and supported its ministries for many years. In 1980, the two established Harvest Machining, a machine shop located in their garage and focused on exceptional quality. After Verne passed in 2009, Eloise continued to support her children's dreams and goals.

Eloise passed peacefully at Applewood Rehabilitation Center and joins her husband in heaven where she'll now enjoy fields filled with wild flowers including her favorite, Black-eyed Susans.

She will be remembered fondly by her family: sisters Ethel Chase and Nanette Bonneau; bother Robert Powers; her children Kathleen Smith, Elizabeth Johnson, Christopher Vittum, David Vittum, Joseph Vittum and Tabitha Vittum; her sixteen grandchildren; and two great granddaughters.

All are welcome to join us for a Celebration of Life ceremony at 4PM on Sunday, January 21, 2018 with a potluck reception to follow in remembrance of her generous spirit.
