1959 - 2015 NEWFANE Osmer F. Clark III, 55, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Feb. 2, at his residence in Newfane. He was born in Brattleboro, on Aug. 8, 1959, the son of the late Osmer F. Clark, Jr. and Darlene G. Clark. Osmer attended the Townshend school system, graduating from Leland & Gray High School. He was employed for many years as a groomer for Mount Snow until his retirement. Osmer was a true outdoorsman; he enjoyed fishing, hunting, riding motor cycles, ice fishing, reading and had a knack for fixing things, spending hours tinkering and repairing motors. In addition to his father, he is predeceased by a brother, Brett Clark in 2009; and his significant other, Theresa Frank, in 2015. He is survived by his mother, Darlene G. Clark of Townshend; one sister, Penny Sheedy of Agile, N.Y.; five brothers, Bart Clark and his wife. Michelle. of Newfane, Kyle Barcomb of Newfane, Donald Clark of Charleston, S.C., Brad Clark of Townshend, and Gary Barcomb and his wife, Wendy, of Newfane; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. FUNERAL NOTICE: All Funeral Services will be held in the spring. The KER-WESTERLUND FUNERAL HOME, 57 High St., Brattleboro is assisting the family with arrangements.
