Granville, NY - Philip L. H. Weaver, Jr., age 39, passed into the arms of the Lord on Friday, November 18, 2016 following a long, courageous battle with brain cancer.

Phil was born on August 12, 1977 in Port Jefferson, NY the son of Philip and Diane (Hammerschmitt) Weaver, Sr. Philip graduated from Miller Place High School in Miller Place, NY in 1995.

Phil was the owner/operator of Subway in Whitehall, NY. He was an avid snowmobiler, skier, and golfer. His passion was fed by getting to sit on the Green Monster.
