She is the daughter of Gabriel and Amanda (Nebelski) Aguilar. Known locally by many at the Kingdom Halls in Brattleboro and Bellows Falls. As well as her schoolmates in Saxtons River and Springfield. Solana is fondly spoken of by many. To her daddy she was his "Renaissance Baby." She was well-rounded having many interests: from crafts, teaching herself music, her awesome skill at photography to her successfully pursuing academics and knowledge. Solana loved crocheting for others, singing, playing her guitar "Maddie," drawing, baking with her Papa and being with her family (especially her nephew and nieces). Solana also volunteered at Echo Farm-working with her best friend, Elyse. There, Solana developed great knowledge of and a love for cows. Participating in various fairs and showings she earned several ribbons and awards. Solana was a very social person and loved by many of all ages. Solana is survived by parents, Gabriel and Amanda Aguilar of Bellows Falls, her siblings, Braden Gassett and his wife, Brianna of Bellows Falls, Jonathan Gassett of Bellows Falls, Karyn Hatch and her husband, Joshua of Rutland, Hannah Gassett and her husband, Kevin Waters of Bellows Falls. Also grandparents; Brenda "Nana" Kempton of Athol, MA, David "Papa" Aguilar of Portales, NM, Dawn "Grandma" Nebelski of Halifax and great-grand-mother, Thelma "Grammie" Caldwell of Athol, MA. Solana also has a nephew, Deverish and nieces, Charlotte and Lilly. Solana was predeceased by her grandmother, Kathy "Grandma" Aguilar and grandfather, Nicholas "Papa Nick" Nebelski. She had a special fondness for her honorary grandparents, Garland "Billy-Bob Joe" and Donna "Gran" Stockard of Portales, NM. Solana also had much love and closeness to her "second parents", Christian and Raychelle McTaggart of Brattleboro. Services will be held at a later date to be announced by family. As Solana's parents, we wish to thank family, friends, neighbors, as well as Fenton and Hennessy Funeral Home for their love and support. We love you so much, Baby Girl and look forward to seeing you soon in Jehovah's Paradise! Job 14:15, John 6:14
