Armando Cavazos Jr., 83, formerly of Brownsville, Texas, entered into rest Dec. 13, 2013.

He is survived by his loving family, his wife Teresita Cavazos, children; Diana Reagin, Patricia Carroll, Dorina Aramanda, Armando Cavazos III; 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and his sisters, Minerva Vela, Yolanda Granados and brother, Gavino R. Cavazos; and numerous step-brothers and step-sisters.

Mr. Cavazos proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for 20 years until his retirement.

He served during WWII, The Korean War and The Vietnam War.

Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, Dec. 16, 2013, with Military Honors to be conducted at 4 p.m. by the American Legion Post #205 and a prayer service will be held at 7 p.m.

Services will conclude at the funeral home on Monday.
