Siria Quiroz, 70, passed away peacefully on Friday, Oct. 26, 2012 in Brownsville, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Lino Quiroz and Sara Ramirez; husband, Francisco Arozena; daughter, Felipita Arozena; siblings, Jaime Quiroz, Margarita Quiroz and Juana Quiroz.

She is survived by her children, Orfelinda (Carmelo) Guerrero, Ofelia Arozena Quiroz, Francisco (Olga) Arozena, Javier (Dorina) Arozena, Norma (Ramiro) Capetillo, Guillermo Arozena Quiroz, Mirna Arozena Quiroz, Eva (Eduardo) Mendiola, Hugo (Nancy) Arozena, Aracely (Paulino) Nieto, Diana Arozena Q., Mayra (Valentin) Aguilar, Julio (Diana) Arozena and Deisy Arozena; siblings, Ramiro (Juana) Quiroz, Esthela Quiroz, Olga (Roberto) Limon, Antonio (Maria) Quiroz, Rogelio (Carmen) Qurioz, Rosa (Angel) Maldonado; 46 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and family members.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. today, Saturday Oct. 27, 2012 with a rosary at 7 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista.

A chapel service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 28, 2012 at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista with interment to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.

Serving as pallbearers will be Francisco Arozena, Jaiver Arozena , Guillermo Arozena, Hugo Arozena, Julio Arozena and Felix Oliva .
