Rogelio "Quechito" Garza, Jr., 42, passed away on November 19, 2012, in Brownsville, TX.

He was very involved in his daughter's Porter softball team, he enjoyed coaching East Brownsville Little League soft ball team; was a boy scout in his younger years.

Mr. Garza was preceded in death by a sister, Norma Alicia Garza; a nephew, Luis Andres Garza; and an aunt, Victoria Garza.

He is survived by his wife, Bernice Garza; daughters, Bernadette Amber Garza, and Brittny Lynn Garza; parents, Rogelio and Maria R. Garza; a sister, Maria Isabel Garza; a brother, Justin R. Garcia; maternal grandparents, Francisco and Dora Elia Rivera; numerous aunts, uncles, and several nephews & nieces.

Special thanks to Ebony Lake & staff, Davita Dialisis Center, Dr. Mike Watson, and Dr.Fulp.

Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. with a rosary at 7 p.m., today, Wednesday, November 21, 2012. Visitation will continue from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, November 23 at Holy Family Catholic Church. Interment will follow to Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Guadalupe Garza, Alejandro Montiel, Lorenzo Celedon, Danny Villarreal, and Cesar Guajardo.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Justin Garcia, Juan Antonio Rivera, Rolando Rivera, Francisco Rivera III, and Arturo Garza.
