Mr. Sabino Nieto, 65, our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend entered into the glory of his eternal life on Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Brownsville, Texas, surrounded by his loving family.
Sabino was a native and lifetime resident of Brownsville.
Sabino was a faithful and devoted employee with Mathers Farms Inc. for 39 years.
Sabino was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed by those fortunate to have known him.
Sabino was preceded in death by his parents.
Left behind to eternally treasure their memories of him is his beloved wife of 45 years, Fidencia Nieto; his children, Ruben Nieto and Norma Gonzalez; the grandchildren that were his pride and joy, Julio Cesar Alvarez Jr., Diego Moreno, Christian R. and Emmanuel R. Nieto; one brother, Sostenes (Margarita) Nieto; three sisters, Agapita Brettmann, Paula (Ramon) Baldonado, and Maria Dolores Vasquez; numerous nieces and nephews, and other extended family members.
Visitation was held yesterday at Darling-Mouser Funeral Home and will resume at 10 a.m. today, Friday, Jan. 18, 2013, in the West Chapel at Darling-Mouser Funeral Home.
There will be a rosary service at 1 p.m. followed by a chapel service celebrating Sabino's life at 2 p.m.
Committal services will follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
