Tracy Beck, 49, of Supply, passed away July 5, 2013, at his home.
Mr. Beck was born January 17, 1964, the son of the late Donald Fred Beck and Christine Martin Beck.
Mr. Beck was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Thomasville where he had served as an acolyte and was active in Boy Scouts. He and his father were best friends having spent many, many hours together. He was a respected businessman having operated Beck's Floor Covering in Shallotte for 30 years. He was twice published in Builder's Architect for his ceramic tile designs. Mr. Beck was an ambassador for the motorcycling community, was a founding member of the Brunswick County Chapter of the Concerned Bikers Association and had served as chapter president.
Surviving is his life partner Sharon Hand of the home, and her son, Adam Hand and his girlfriend, Jackie Ott of Washington; a brother Charlie; two sisters Cindy and Shannon Stoddard and Charles; two nephews Curtis and Casey, and his special loves, Tessla and Dana Patterson.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, July 13, 2013, at Sharon United Methodist Church with the Rev. Eddie Hill officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at their home.
The motorcyclists that will be attending the service please meet at the Big Lots in Shallotte at 10 a.m. to ride together to the church.

Tracy will always live in many hearts. We celebrated our birthdays together since they were a day apart. I think of him often, he will never be forgotten.
