Mr. James Earl Caudill, 64, of Supply, died Wednesday, March 13, 2013, at SECU Hospice House, Brunswick Facility.
Mr. Caudill was born in Oven Fork, Ky., Aug. 9, 1948, and was the son of Juanita Maggard Caudill of Winnabow and the late James E. Caudill.
James attended United Vision Pentecostal Church of Shallotte. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed deer hunting.
Survivors in addition to his mother include his wife, Lana Babson Caudill of the home; two sons, James Eric Caudill and Jesse Caudill of Winnabow; two brothers, Harold Caudill and Bobby Caudill of Winnabow; two sisters, Lois Howard of Winnabow and Lillian Caudill of Bolivia; one step-son; two step-daughters; and three step-grandsons.
Funeral services were Friday, March 15, at United Vision Pentecostal Church on AI Clemmons Road, Shallotte, with the Rev. Maurice Milligan and the Rev. Brent Evans officiating.
Burial followed in the Chapel Hill Cemetery, Shallotte.
Pallbearers were William Caudill, Ricky Danford, Ronnie Embler, Shayne Holmes, Lewis Wescott Jr. and Alan Woodard. Honorary pallbearers were Chris Bradley, Billy Smith and Winston Woodard.
The family received friends 6-8 p.m. Thursday, March 14, at United Vision Pentecostal Church.
