Alberta "Doot" Leonard Dixon, 90, of Goldston died Sunday, Sept. 9, 2018, at Cambridge Hills, Pittsboro.
Mrs. Dixon was born June 17, 1928 the daughter of Robert Henry and Priscilla Watts Leonard.
She retired from Cooper Harris Ford Co. as a secretary.
She is survived by two sons, Steve Dixon and wife, Sherwood, of Blythewood, S.C., and Keith Dixon and wife, Cindy, of Bear Creek; sister, Jackie Hardee of Shallotte; grandson, Robert Dixon; granddaughters, Keisha Allred and Meridith Dixon; and great-grandchildren, Cameron and Kylie Allred.
A graveside service was to be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12, at Goldston Cemetery with the Rev. Terry Reynolds officiating.
