He was an active member of Ocean View Baptist Church and loved by everyone. They have an extended family of friends at Salt Springs, Fla., where they wintered for three months each year and he learned the art of making ink pens from wood and quilting. Robert was a hard worker and devoted to his family. He was a great inspiration to many during his fight with cancer.
