Arthur "Beba" Romero, 54, life resident of the Brush community, passed away Friday, February 22, 2013, at the East Morgan County Hospital following a lengthy illness.|
He was born October 20, 1958, in Brush, to Placido and Juanita Romero.
Beba graduated from Brush High School in 1977.
Prior to ill health forcing his retirement, he worked at Cargill in Fort Morgan. He enjoyed watching John Wayne movies. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.
Survivors include two sons, Cody of Brush and Adam of Lakewood, CO; his parents, Placido and Juanita Romero of Brush; one sister, Julie Ann of Greeley; three brothers, Edward and Mike, both of Brush and John of Carson City, NV; and one grandson, Noah James Martinez–Romero.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, February 27, at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Brush.
Inurnment will be in the Brush Memorial Cemetery.
The Heer Mortuary is entrusted with the arrangements.
