DuBois Jr., Miles Clifton - Stockbridge  
After a lengthy battle with cancer, Miles Clifton DuBois Jr. died Saturday, May 21, 2016, in Stockbridge at age 50. Miles was born Nov. 27, 1965, in Atlanta, to Miles Clifton DuBois Sr. and Doris Beatrice DuBois, who predeceased him. He was a loving son, husband, father and grandfather. He loved fishing and the outdoors. He was Christian man, loyal, humble and honest, loved by all. He loved his entire family, yet he shared a special bond with his grandson, Dallas. He was the owner of Dubois Landscaping Inc. until April 30, 2016. He leaves behind his loving wife, Nancy Fuller DuBois; daughters, Erica Madeline DuBois and Ruby-Kate Alecia Fuller; stepdaughter, Tabitha Lynn Rivera and her husband, Gio; stepson, Michael Gregory Davidson; grandson, Dallas Peyton Hunter Goss; granddaughter, Savannah Lora-Leigh Adriance; stepgrandsons, Dominic Adrian Rivera and Blake Aquillo Rivera; his father, Miles Clifton DuBois Sr.; brothers, Rodney Steven DuBois and his wife, Courtney Leigh DuBois, and Tommy Lee DuBois and his wife, Wendy Kay DuBois; adorable dogs, Rocky DuBois and Lulu DuBois; and several aunts, uncles, nephews and cousins. The family received friends Monday evening, May 23, at Horis A. Ward Fairview Chapel. Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 24, in the Horis A. Ward chapel. Interment followed in the Fairview Memorial Gardens cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Little Red Door Cancer Agency Inc., 1801 N. Isbell, Darrell W. - Richmond Hill  
RICHMOND HILL - Darrell W. Isbell, 64, died Wednesday, May 18, 2016, at St. Joseph's Hospital. He has lived in Richmond Hill the past 25 years, was a member of Savannah Christian Church, a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and worked with Lummus Corp. the past 28 years. He loved to walk and spend time with his family. He loved serving others and the Lord. He was preceded in death by his mother, Anabell Isbell; father, Hugh Olen Isbell; brother, DeWayne Isbell; and father-in-law, Ray Don Newman. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Beverly Isbell; son, Daryn Isbell and wife Jessica of Niceville, Florida; daughter, Dondi Mock and husband Joel of Richmond Hill; four grandsons, Dawson and Landon Isbell and Joshua and Brett Mock; granddaughter, Lawren Isbell; two sisters, Rose Anna Bowman of Centrilla, Washington, and Beatrice Ramsey of Salina, Kansas; two brothers, Mike Isbell of Underhill, Wisconsin, and Patrick Isbell of Riverside, California; several nieces and nephews, extended family and lots of friends. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday, May 20, at Carter Funeral Home Bryan Chapel. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 21, at Savannah Christian Church with burial to follow in the Richmond Hill First Baptist Church Cemetery. Remembrances can be made to the One Campaign at Savannah Christian Church; 55 Al Henderson Blvd., Savannah, GA 31419; or the Matthew Freeman Project at freemanproject.org. McGuire, Horace H. - Richmond Hill  
RICHMOND HILL -- Horace H. McGuire, 89, passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2016, at his residence. Horace was born in Turner County. He had lived in Richmond Hill since 1968. He was a member of Corinth Baptist Church and was a U.S. Marine Corp veteran. Horace had been a game warden in the 1970s for many years and was a member of the Sheriff's Posse. He retired from Savannah Electric. He is survived by his children, Don McGuire (Faye) of Malone, Florida, Eddie McGuire of Midway, Chris McGuire (Geri) of Richmond Hill and Patricia Smith of Savannah; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Graveside funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, May 20, at Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Robbie Norman officiating.
