Blanche Lee Claycomb, 78, went to be the Lord on Friday, Oct. 11, 2013.
She lived most of her life in Grayson, Ky. She lived in Richmond Hill for the last 15 years. She was member of Coastal Community Christian Church in Richmond Hill and was a dedicated wife, mother and homemaker. She taught Sunday school for most of her adult life. She served alongside her husband in the ministry for 56 years. She was a Christian servant.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Claycomb.
She is survived her children, James Lee Claycomb (Tami), Philip Claycomb (Barbara) and Annette Snavely (Mark); her brothers, Dick Owen and Art Owen; her grandchildren, Jared , Titus, Isaac, Simeon Snavely, Zachary and Nathan Claycomb, Caitlin Wightman, Carrie Kaufman, Charity Marshall, Kaylene Lynn and Megan Claycomb; and five great-grandchildren.
A memorial service is at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 3, at Coastal Community Christian Church with Pastor Mark Snavely officiating.
