Fred L. Annas, II, was born on April 8, 1981, in Savannah to Fred Annas and Cherryl Smith.

He was born with special needs and started school at a young age. He attended numerous special needs schools including The Association for Retarded Children at 13 months old, Moses Jackson, Juliette Low and finished at Richmond Hill High where he graduated in 2002. He attended adult dayhab at Coastal Care Center. He also attended church at First Baptist Church-Richmond Hill.
To know him was to love him. With his handsome smile, he touched so many lives; but his work on earth was done.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandma, Uncle Craig, Grandma Busby, Grandpa Busby, stepfather, Robert Smith, and Aunt Minnor.
Survivors include his parents, Fred Annas and Cherryl Smith; sister, Savannah Annas; brother, Ian Annas, grandparents, Chuck and Mildred Nelms and Sherrill and Marie Annas; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services were held at 1 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 27, in the First Baptist Church of Richmond Hill, with the Rev. Keith Joseph officiating.
Burial was in Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery, Savannah.
Richmond Hill Funeral Home, Cox Chapel, was in charge of the arrangements.
