BUCYRUS: Carlyle J. Heydinger, age 70, resident of Bucyrus, Ohio passed away on Friday, November 23, 2012 in the Bucyrus Community Hospital. He was born on December 29, 1941 in New Washington, Ohio to the late Walter and Ethel (Tong) Heydinger and moved to Bucyrus in the 1960's. He retired from National Lime and Stone in Bucyrus after 34 years where he was a locomotive operator. He was a member of the Bucyrus VFW Post 1078, and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, camping and riding his golf cart.

He is survived by his daughter, Darlene (Russ) Patrick of Bucyrus; two grandchildren, James (Amanda) Patrick of New Washington; and Amber (Kenny) Flores of Bucyrus; three brothers, Kenneth (Evelyn) Heydinger of Willard; Ronald (Karen) Heydinger of Harvest, AL; and Gregory (RaeAnn) Heydinger of Jensen Beach, FL; five sisters, Harriette Kline; Garnetta Hinesman; Emma Lee Flohr; and Virginia Schell all of Bucyrus; and Carolyn (Ray) Heck of Monroeville; numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his twin brother, Carlton Heydinger; brother, Harry Heydinger; and sister, Nancy Stockmaster.

Secor Funeral Home in New Washington, Ohio assisted the family with arrangements. Burial will follow at later date in St. Bernard's Catholic Cemetery in New Washington. Online condolences can be made at www.secorfuneralhomes.com
