Carol J. Brown

BUCYRUS: Carol J. Brown, 79 years of age of Bucyrus, passed away at 7:00 a.m. Tuesday at Altercare following a 4 1/2 year illness. Carol was born in Bucyrus July 6, 1932 to the late Frank and Anna (Kepler) Wagner. She was married September 30, 1956 to Arlo J. Brown who survives. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Marilyn Lake.

Mrs. Brown is also survived by son, Gary (Karen) Brown of Millersburg; daughter, Lori (Denny) Mutchler of Bucyrus; grandchildren, Erin, Kelsie, Jennifer, Tawny, Connor, Makenzie, Gabriel, and Kaleb; and brother, Edward Wagner, Bucyrus.

Carol was a homemaker and for several years worked at Production Credit. She graduated from North Robinson in 1950 and attended Mt. Carmel Nursing School for one year. She was a member of the Kirkpatrick Church of Christ and enjoyed traveling and family vacations.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with Pastor Don Kelley officiating, burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.

Memorials may be made to the Church or the Alzheimers Foundation and expressions of sympathy can be left at munzpirnstill.com

Lori, I am sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. I smile when I look at this picture of her. I remember how beautiful I always thought she was-as far back as when we were in elementry school.
