DOWNS - Lucy B. (nee Zydel) April 4, 2013, beloved wife of the late George; dear mother of Joseph (Mary Jane), Patrick (Kathy), Walter, Colleen (Robert) Jandrew and Maureen (Steven) Bizub. Lucy is survived by nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by one grandchild and one great-grandchild; sister of Casey (late Gloria) Zydel and the late Tony (late Helen), Lillian (late Herbert) Englehardt, Teddy (Dolores) and Stanley (late Helen) Zydel. Friends received on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the NIGHTENGALE FUNERAL HOME, 1884 South Park Ave. (near Tifft), where services will be held on Monday at 10:00 AM. Friends invited. Lucy was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of American Legion Post 64. Interment in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Aunt Lucy, now you're with Uncle George, Uncle Tony, Aunt Lil, Uncle Teddy, Grandma, Grandpa and Mom & Dad. Heaven will never be the same! Let the party begin! We will all miss the sound of your voice and your many words of wisdom! R.I.P.
